Diaper Covers
Diaper covers are indispensable for cloth diaper users-they help to keep cloth diapers in place and catch any leaks (of which there aren't too many; cloth diapers are far more convenient and effective than they once were, and easy fasteners have replaced sharp pins). They come in a huge variety of colors and patterns and may be elasticized and/or have Velcro closures or snaps. Disposable diaper users sometimes also use diaper covers when baby is wearing only a t-shirt and diaper. These are generally elasticized and their main purpose is to look prettier than a disposable diaper does.
Baby Products
There are baby products for every conceivable situation or activity you might encounter with a baby. A surprising number of these are products for simply transporting baby from one place to another, like Baby Strollers, slings, front carriers, and backpacks. (And car Safety Seats are a whole different topic; see Baby Safety Products.) Then there are products for feeding baby: breastfeeding products like nursing pillows, breast pads, and pumps, and Baby Bottle systems for breast milk or formula feeding. Completely aside from Baby Clothes are soft accessories like Baby Blankets and carseat covers, and cozy wraps to keep baby warm in a stroller. And don't forget Baby Books and keepsake boxes for all the little memories and mementoes of the first year with baby.
